The Warrior Winches Trojan Range is our portable utility winching solution, designed to give you serious pulling power wherever the job takes you. Rather than being tied to a permanent mounting point, the Trojan gives you the freedom to take a complete winching system with you and put it to work wherever you need it.
The Trojan 4,000lb Portable Utility Winch with synthetic rope delivers up to 4,000lb (1,814kg) of rated line pull in a self-contained package that's ready to go when you are. Whether you're loading equipment onto a trailer, moving machinery, recovering a vehicle or tackling a difficult pulling job around the worksite, the Trojan gives you the flexibility to bring the winch to the job rather than bringing the job to the winch.
4,000lb of Portable Pulling Power. The 12V 3.2hp (2.4kW) motor delivers up to 4,000lb (1,814kg) of rated line pull through a 166:1 planetary gearing system. That gives you substantial pulling capability for moving vehicles, equipment, trailers and other heavy loads without the need for a permanently installed winch.
Take the Winch Where the Work Is. The Trojan is housed on a durable 6.35mm thick steel platform within a portable composite toolbox, allowing the complete system to be transported and deployed wherever it's needed. Keep it in your vehicle, trailer or workshop and have serious pulling power available whenever the next job demands it.
Deploy It Without a Permanent Installation. No complicated mounting setup is required for portable operation. Quick-connect power leads with alligator clips allow you to connect the Trojan to a suitable 12V power source and get to work quickly, making it an ideal solution when you need temporary pulling power without modifying your vehicle or equipment.
15 Metres of Lightweight Synthetic Rope. The 15m x 5mm synthetic rope provides useful reach while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. A built-in fairlead helps guide the rope during operation, while the manual clutch allows the drum to be disengaged for quick, controlled rope deployment.
More Than Just a Winch. The Trojan comes as a complete recovery and pulling kit rather than simply a winch. A 6,000lb pulley block, three 14,000lb D-shackles, two 8,000lb-rated heavy-duty straps, leather-palmed winch gloves and a 3.8m wired remote are all included, giving you the equipment you need for a wide range of pulling applications.
Use It Permanently When You Need To. Although portability is at the heart of the Trojan, the durable platform can also be securely mounted to a trailer, worksite or other suitable application for more regular use. This gives you the flexibility to use the same winch as either a portable or semi-permanent utility solution.
Controlled Pulling from a Safe Position. The 3.8m wired remote gives you useful operating distance from the winch, allowing you to monitor the load and recovery from a practical position. The automatic in-drum braking system also helps maintain control of the load during operation.
Built for Real-World Utility Work. With dimensions of 506 × 192 × 304mm and a complete system weight of 19kg, the Trojan is substantial enough to deliver 4,000lb of pulling power while remaining practical to transport. Its all-in-one design makes it useful for trailers, workshops, farms, recovery situations, construction sites and general utility work.
The Warrior Winches Trojan 4,000lb Portable Utility Winch is backed by a 3-year warranty, giving you added confidence in a versatile winching system designed to deliver serious pulling power wherever you need it.
