Compact and versatile, Warrior have created a hoist with almost limitless applications. This electric hoist is ideal for all manner of jobs and lifting applications. Available in 240v (UK) or 220v (EU).

Designed to be as easy to install as possible, the easy-change cable design makes set up a breeze. Mounted to a box section of up to 46mm x 46mm - you’ll be up and running in no time.

Giving you professional quality, the hoist conforms to part of BS EN14492-1 and BS EN14492-2 standards and is IP 54 rated for your confidence. Complete with a 2.75m long wired remote with power in and power out facility, you can get the job done safely and easily.

With a duty cycle of S3 – 20% on a 10-minute cycle; that basically means it can run continuously for 2 minutes and then requires an 8-minute cooldown. The load-holding break ensures your load is held safely during downtime, as Warrior is dedicated to safe and fuss-free usage.

This hoist also has the facility to add a wireless remote control as an optional extra.

1 Year Warranty

Winch Solutions are the sole distributors of WARRIOR WINCHES.

Winch Solutions (“seller” or winch solutions) warrants to the original retail buyer only (“Buyer”) that any mechanical component of a genuine WARRIOR WINCH (“product”) is free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 year of the winch.

The electrical components (including the motor, contactor, and switches) will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) one years (12 Months) from the original purchase provable date of purchase.

Any product Winch Solutions determines to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Winch Solutions sole discretion without charge to the Buyer upon Buyer’s compliance with this procedure. Seller or its Authorized Agent may make reasonable charges for parts and for labour for repairs not covered by this Lifetime Limited Warranty. The warranties set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied.

All purchases must be registered. 

To obtain service under this warranty, the Buyer shall mail, ship or otherwise deliver to the address noted below, at the Buyers expense; (1) the Product, (2) a written description of the problem, (3) Buyers name, address and contact number, (4) copy of the original purchase receipt.

The Warranty does not cover the cost of labour or transportation/shipping charges for the replacement or installation of defective parts.

This warranty does not apply to defects of the Product caused by; (1) normal wear and tear, (2) failure to comply with any installation or maintenance instructions provided by the Seller, including but not limited to subjecting the product to loads in excess of the loads listed in any instructions, Owners Manual or as detailed upon the Sellers website, (3) commercial or industrial use, (4) alteration or modification by any parties other than the Seller, (5) misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, Acts of God, terrorism or (6) other causes beyond the control of the Seller after delivery of the Product to the Sellers Authorized Agent.

This Warranty does not cover cables, synthetic ropes, fairleads or exterior finishes

Winch Solutions shall not be responsible or liable for any indirect or consequential damages. These consequential damages may include, but are not limited to, lost profits or loss of use and down time.

Winch Solution reserves the right to change the Product design without notice. Winch Solutions reserves the right to replace any part or whole unit with a newer design of the same function.

Unsafe & unfit for use properly designed.

The worst hoist were owed to date, the hoist will automatically switch off if the cable touches the the part of the drum furthest away from the motor, which is annoying & really unsafe as you have to pull the cable away from the side of the drum manually, meaning your hand is constantly pulling on the wire to get it to hoist your load up, so why they supply nearly 3 meters of cable on the operating controls is beyond me as you wouldn’t be able to operate this machine that far away you literally have to put yourself in harms way…

Wire quality is cheap after an 8 hour day on site 4/6 hours lifting up & down scaffolding wire is damaged & needs replacing, we totalled around 252 lifts up & down our over hoist(hilka pro craft 500kg) wire didn’t need replacing until at least 1000 lifts we never lift more then 150kg/200kg, this hoist struggled to lift around 200kg due to the design flaw I previously mentioned not to the motor struggling but purely because of the “ safety feature” which causes it to switch off.

The mounted brackets to fit on the scaffolding arm don’t fit the arm of the bracket properly mean the hoist will wobble about looking really unsafe & makes you feel uneasy as your pulling on the cable to ensure it doesn’t touch the side of the drum to achieve a full lift, also the arm frame doesn’t fit together properly the top section support is way to short to have strapped on a scaffolding tube, we had to drill new holes on site to get this to work I didn’t even want to test the arm extension as this made me lose faith that the extension was even safe to use let alone the standard arm with the heavy hoist wobble about on it.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hoist or warrior winches at all, we’d recommend buying a hilka hoist from there pro craft series of hoists.

We would like to return the product as unfit & unsafe for usage based off all the above, we’re wait to see if we get contacted for a solution.

    Hi,

    The pulley block required to double up the line is included with the hoist.  It will operate at 500kg without the pulley and 1000kg with it.
